Directions
The starting point for our tours is the main entrance of the Semperoper:

With the tram
The Semperoper is located across from the transit stop "Theaterplatz". This route is taken by tram line 4 (in the direction of Weinböhla aka. Laubegast), Line 8 (direction south outskirts aka. Hellerau) and line 9 (in the direction of Kaditz aka. Prohlis).
You can reach the Semperoper using tram 11 as well as from Dresden’s main station (in the direction of Bühlau) and additionally from the Dresden Neustadt station (direction Zschertnitz). Please exit the tram at the transit stop Postplatz. The Semperoper is located just a few minutes away after passing Zwinger, on the left side of Sophienstraße.

With the Car
Get off at „Dresden-Nord“ exit on the A4 autobahn and follow the B170, which takes you directly into Dresden’s old town. There are parking possibilities for you in the underground parking lot behind the Semperoper, as well as the old and new market.
