All guests are warmly invited to explore the famous Semper Opera and finally enjoy some culture again; with advance notice (ticket, as well as contact tracking) and a “up-to-date COVID-19 negative test”. In Dresden we recommend using the free quick test facilities in the city center (Kulturpalast and Kurländer Palais). All guests are required to wear a medical mask (surgical mask or FFP2 mask without a valve) while in the house.

This is how you are admitted to your tour

REQUIRED TEST

A visit is only possible a up-to-date negative SARS-Cov-2 quick test or self-test.

Please have the test certificate ready at the entrance together with your admission ticket for verification. On-site testing is unfortunately not possible. You can find test centres in Dresden here: Test centers in Dresden

CONTACT TRACKING

In order to comply with the requirements of the SächsCoronaSchVO §5 Paragraph 6, the following personal data is requested from each visitor before the start of the tour at the entrance: Name, telephone number or email address and postcode. You are welcome to use the pass4all-App or the contact forms in paper form on site. The data will not be used by us for any other purpose than the prescribed contact tracking and will be deleted after four weeks.

Have your valid tour ticket ready and wait for your tour to be called.

Show your current up-to-date test result.

Check in using your pass4all app.

You are not using the pass4all App:

You will receive the contact tracking form at the service desk at the main entrance. Please fill this out.

Throw the completed contact tracking form into the collection box provided at the entrance.

HYGIENE RULES

Please comply with the necessary hygiene protection measures in accordance with the current SächsCoronaSchVO:

Wear a mask! It is compulsory to wear a mask (FFP 2 or medical face mask) when queuing at the entrance. A medical certificate is required to be exempt from the mask requirement.

Maintain a minimum distance Maintain a distance of at least 1.50 meters to other people.

Clean hands Hands should be washed and disinfected regularly when visiting public places.
